DESIGNATHON is Sri Lanka’s first and only User Experience (UX) design competition exclusively for university students. As a flagship event of SUIT CODEFEST, it is held under the tertiary category to strengthen the UI/UX design skills of undergraduate and postgraduate students from state and private universities and institutes nationwide.

The competition comprises two rounds. All groups meeting the eligibility criteria will advance to the first round. The top 10 groups will be selected from there to compete in the final round. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three groups.

COMPETITION DETAILS

Team Size: Each team must consist of four (04) members

Eligibility:
All participants must be currently enrolled students (either undergraduate or postgraduate) at a recognized university or higher education institution in Sri Lanka.

All team members must belong to the same university or institute.

Technologies : Participants are free to choose any technologies for the solution.

Rules and Regulations:
Only the team members who registered and took part in the first round are eligible to compete in the final round.

Team composition cannot be changed after registration; no replacements are allowed.
