About NetCom

Built for Networking & Cloud Talent

NetCom is organized by the Department of Computer Systems Engineering in collaboration with the Computer Systems and Network Engineering Student Community. The competition gives students an opportunity to showcase networking and cloud computing abilities while gaining visibility among talent recruiters in the growing ICT and networking field.

The competition uses Cisco web technologies to create an interactive networking skills contest that enhances classroom learning, connects students from across the country, and promotes further technology education and training.

Important Participation Details

Undergraduates Only

The contest is open only to undergraduate students of Sri Lanka.

Group Competition

Each group can have a maximum of 3 members.

Proof Required

Participants must provide proof of enrolment, such as a valid student ID or official university verification letter.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected on the final competition day and awarded at the CODEFEST closing ceremony.

If multiple groups receive the same marks, judges will decide whether they proceed to the next round.
